Your CCTV helps us solve real crimes. We are urging local businesses, residents, and community groups to sign up to our CCTV registry online: CCTV Registry | West Midlands Police. It only takes five minutes and can help us bring more opportunistic burglars and thieves to justice. You can mark all property with a UV marker making it easier for lost or stolen property to be returned should the worst happen. It is also a good idea to keep a record of where you marked the property and note down any serial numbers. You can register valuables at www.immobilise.com
. In other News
Well, the team have been busy as usual. We continued our investigations into crimes that had been reported and managed to identify offenders and arrests made.
While out on patrol, a vehicle was seen parked up, that “looked out of place”. Checks showed that it had been stolen from Solihull a few days ago. Vehicle recovered and in the process of being reunited with its rightful owner.
We continued our patrols in areas that have been highlighted to us as Anti-Social Behaviour hotspots. Our patrols are working as a deterrent. If you have any concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Reminder Put the Date in your Diaries…….. the next Bablake Police and Community Meeting will be held at Allesley Village Hall at 7pm on Thursday 10th December. Please come along and have a chat with your local team. If you have any questions or have any issues you want to make us aware off, this is the perfect opportunity to let us know face to face.
Until next week Stay safe everyone.
